Standard Delivery - Free for a limited time only.
With this delivery service our delivery man will help you carry your new mattress to the front door of your home, not inside. If you live in an apartment building the mattress will be brought to the lobby. Please note that once your product(s) have shiped via standard delivery you cannot upgrade to Gold or Platinum.
Gold Delivery
With this delivery service our professional delivery men will bring your new bed or mattress into your home up to 2 flights of stairs and install your new sleep system. They will also remove the plastic bag and box it came in. This service is an additional fee of $199.
Platinum Delivery
With this delivery service our professional delivery men will bring your new bed or mattress into your home up to 2 flights of stairs and install your new sleep system. They will also remove any old bedding you have along with the bag and box your new shipment came in. This service is an additional fee of $249.
Questions and Answer
Q: How long does it take for my mattress to ship out from your factory?
A: Mattresses ship out from our factory in 5 - 7 business days. From that point depending on where you live it can take from 2 - 6 working days to arrive. Note: Gold & Platinum delivery can take an additional 4 - 8 working days to arrive.
Q: Will I Be Notified of the Day & Time My Mattress Will Arrive?
A: Our delivery company will give you a call 1 - 2 days before they are ready to make delivery to confirm you'll be home to accept delivery. If at that time you need to reschedule the day and time you can do that as long as it is within a reasonable time frame. If you provide us your email address at the time of order we will send you an email the day your product(s) ship with the tracking information. You can then visit the delivery company's website or call them to see what day and time it will arrive. Please note sometimes mattress ship out FedEx or UPS and neither of these companies will call before delivery. If they miss you they'll leave a note on your door and then you can call them to arrange another delivery time.
Q: Where Do You Ship From?
A: Our main distribution center is located in North Carolina. We ship 97% of our product(s) from this location. We also ship from New York and Pennsylvania.
Q: What Are The Delivery Hours?
A: Delivery hours are Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM.
Q: What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?
A: Please inspect all boxes before you accept delivery. If you can clearly see damage to your order mark it down on the paperwork the driver will have and refuse the shipment. Call us immediatly reporting the damaged freight and we will send a replacement ASAP. If you only see a torn box and or plastic but cannot tell if the product is damaged just make a note on the paperwork that the container it arrived in was damaged and accept the shipment. If after opening the order you find damage to the product please call our customer service department immediatly and inform them of the damage. We will send a replacement to you ASAP and pick up the old order. Of course either case will be at no charge to you.
*Cancelation Policy: If an order is canceled after it has shipped or if it is refused upon delivery, you will be liable for the delivery charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the product(s) back to our distribution center. A mandatory 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that qualified for free delivery.
* Please note that if your order arrives damaged and you wish to cancel the order at that time without allowing us the replace the damaged shipment our normal cancellation policy will apply.
